Before the opening, leading members of the party attended Sunday service at the Holy Trinity Church, Morecambe. At the Conference itself, great interest attached to the elections to the National Executive. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Morecambe Front. GV exterior - Winter Gardens. Interior - Morgan Phillips & Attlee seated together. CU Attlee speaking on the conference. Going to church, Attlees, Morrisons, Wilsons, Gaitskells, GV church.
