MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: New Reservoir at Digly (To Supply Huddersfield). DESCRIPTION: In the Holme Valley, the 700 million gallon reservoir which will supply a part of Huddersfield’s water, is under construction. Work has been held up by a shortage of labour but completion is expected by 1953. SHOTLIST: CU sketch of Holme Valley showing new reservoir dissolve to present with construction work going on.
