Summary
The liberation of Jersey. Young Nazi officer in charge leaves. Major General Heider signs surrender on board ship off Guernsey. The Royal Navy takes over German minesweepers. Thirty British "Tommies" take over the island. The German guard is relieved of duties. Vice-Admiral (Haufmeier?) [sic] is imprisoned by Allies.
