City flag presented to South Africa, pan up to flag hanging over window. Commissioner also accepts fruit bowl. Sound shots of Lord Mayor of Lincoln speaking to the Lady Mayoress of Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Mr Heaton Nicholls, the High Commissioner then addresses the gathering.
