The Minister of Agriculture, Tom Williams, tells us what we can all do to help the situation. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS CU plough turning up the earth. LIBRARY - Shots of sheep dead in snow, dead sheep being carried across snow. Cars and vehicles drive through flooded roads. GV plough driving through fields, ploughing same up.
