MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Scotland’s Great Soccer Win 1 - 0. DESCRIPTION: At Hampden Park Scotland defeat England by one goal to nil. The goal came only seconds from the end of the match from a free kick which was netted by Delaney. SHOTLIST: KS Crowd shots. GV stadium. Crowds fill the stands. Scottish Pipers parade ground. Stretcher cases being carried off. Toss-up, Joe Mercer calls wrong and Scotland take choice for way of kicking. Various shots (angle) of play. England attacks Scotland goal. Shots of Frank Brennan (No 5) in action. Cut-ins of crowds. Frank Swift, English goal puts up very good fight. Attacking English goal, ball passed from Willie Waddell to Delaney who nets. Crowds (pan) cheering, very good shot.
