MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Choosing Mannequins. DESCRIPTION: About five hundred girls turned up at the Seymour Hall, London to audition in front of Miss Lucie Clayton. SHOTLIST: KS Mannequins arrive at above, walk into camera. Notice outside Hall "Lucie Clayton Grading Mannequins". Interior - girls dressing rooms, "mannequins to be" changing their clothes, some in swimming costumes, others wear dresses, costumes etc. Girl putting on stocking. CU types. Others having their faces "made-up". CU Lucie Clayton, the organiser, judging girls as they parade. Various shots of parade, girls passing judges, walk into and out of camera, all angles shots. Group shot of three mannequins to finish.
