Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bathing Beauties’. DESCRIPTION: Surf Carnivals have returned to the beaches of Australia. At Manly a bevy of bathing beauties braved the surf on a dukw. SHOTLIST: KS Surf teams parade along beach. Bathing beauties ride along beach in "DUKW". Miss Australia stuck on front of same. Same into camera, one of the beauties christens the "DUKW" smashing bottle on it. GV group bathing beauties with sailors etc. Beauties all aboard "DUKW", same goes down beach into sea. DUKW ploughs through large breakers, waves wash girls overboard, various shots of "DUKW" fighting it’s way through the surf.
