Summary
Pathe synopsis: They’re a salty lot at Maldon, Essex. Close to the Blackwater Estuary, where the water’s saltier than the sea they’ve built the world’s only pure sea salt crystal factory. It’s a slow and complicated process evaporating away the water over twenty-four hours. But the result is pure sea salt, which, they say, is healthier, saltier and more profitable than the table rock salt most people use.
