Summary
Pathe synopsis: It takes the girls of Reedham, Norfolk, up to a year to learn the art of making artificial flowers from feathers. But it’s worth taking trouble - for feather flowers gladden window shoppers from London to Edinburgh - for Regent Street to Princes Street. For the designers of a million shop windows festoon fashions and fabrics, fountain-pens and fish-net stockings with the partridge-plucked posies so skilfully made here.
