Summary

On board along with the subsonic Vixen and Buccaneer jets were two Navy newcomers, supersonic twin-seat fighter-bomber Phantoms. The Rolls Royce equipped planes were being put through their paces from the flight deck to provide data for their future aboard the aircraft carrier, HMS Ark Royal.
