Synopsis
A US television dramatised reconstruction of the real experiences of a high school class in Palo Alto, California In April, 1967. When high school teacher, Ron Jones, struggles to explain to his pupils why an intelligent people like the Germans would allow a brutal organisation like the Nazi Party to assume power over them, he devises a radical new approach to teaching the subject, which unleashes powerful social and psychological forces that quickly begin to go out of control. An Afterschool special, it is as provocative and controversial now as it was when it was first aired.
