Play synopsis

Based on a play by the Hungarian playwright Ladislaus Fodor. This comedy tells of the romance between golf expert Dr Sally Smith and Bill Bannister.

Production history

First performed at the Duke of Yorks Theatre, London in November 1927 and adapted by Wodehouse himself into a short novel published by Methuen in 1932.
