MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pan American Conference at Lima. DESCRIPTION: The US Secretary of State arrives for the Pan American Congress. SHOTLIST: The SS Santa Clara arrives at Lima and the Pan-American delegates disembark. The delegation is led by Cordell Hull which includes Miss K Lewis and Alfred Landon. In the meeting the proceedings are opened by President Benavides and Cordell Hull makes a vigorous speech.
