Summary
COI synopsis: Proper care of women during pregnancy demands absolute accuracy in their medical records - minor danger signals could add up to major risk. Existing methods of keeping records make analysis of the net risk to each patient a difficult task, but a London hospital has the assistance of a computer. It stipulates the question order, displays all the answers and updates records from every consultation. Finally, it itemises any small factors that require the doctor’s special attention.
