Maurice Tarling was an editor for both This Week In Britain (1959-1980) and London Line (1964-1979), magazine programmes produced by the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. One of his earliest credit is for ‘T-REX’, This Week In Britain No.695, released in 1972. He started working on London Line slightly later with ‘Farmers Exchange Ideas’, London Line No.532, released in 1976. He also worked as a cutter for Living Tomorrow (1969-1983), a science magazine series produced by the COI also for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. One of his earliest credits is for ‘DEVELOPMENTS IN TRANSPORT - FOR TODAY... AND FOR TOMORROW: ROLLERCRAFT’ Living Tomorrow No. 192, released in 1976/7.
