Summary
COI synopsis: Lydia Amu from Ghana is a scientifist studying the effects of ice on the tropical fish of West Africa. We follow her experiments which, though much more work needs to be done, are most encouraging - tropical fish are seen to last twice as long on ice as fish from temperate zones.
