Summary
BFI synopsis: Some fascinating sequences showing work at Dolgarrog in Clwyd during the first six months of this major water catchment project to provide much needed hydro-electric power for Wales. It reveals some of the hazards and discomfots of civil engineering among the mountains and valleys of the Welsh National Park, particularly during the winter months, and the film concludes with scenes revealing the difficulty of getting heavy plant to these remote areas.
