Summary
NoS synopsis: "To be precise 300 studies of chattering scrambling NoSles of mischief from the bazaars of India." L/S of a zoo cage full of monkeys. C/U of a hole in the wall of the enclosure where monkeys pour out. They jump all around the cage, climb up ropes and onto pieces of wood. L/S of the cage teeming with the creatures. "Never still, always curious - in fact mischievous little monkeys." M/S through the wire of the monkeys hanging upside down in the cage. High angle shots of the monkeys crowded around a small pond. They drink and play with the water. C/U of a group of monkeys picking fleas out of another monkey’s fur. "To change the subject - have you ever seen an elephant "shimmy"? M/S of an elephant with a keeper on its back doing the "shimmy" - shaking its body like a wet dog might. Dust comes off the elephant. The keeper jumps down. "He does this, not as a dance, but to shake his rider off!" M/S of the elephant doing it again.
