Summary
British Pathe synopsis: "Picturesque costumes are not sufficient for the Tyrollean Eves - they decorate their cattle as well." Landscape shot - a snowy mountain peak seen through a circular masking device. M/S of a woman in traditional dress standing by a cow with a highly decorated headpiece. The cow walks off and she laughs and waves at the camera. M/S of two other women standing with another prize cow. This cow also wears an ornate head dress. L/S of large number of these costumed cows walking towards the camera up a country path. A woman walks along in front of them. "In this simple life a communal seesaw is almost the only excitement." Very long piece of wood with seats at each end makes for an unusually high see saw. A man sits on the middle to steady it.
