British Pathe synopsis: "Parrots and Cats (or kittens) are either playful pals, or bitter enemies. These are pals - " M/S of cat playing with a parrot in a cage. The shot is masked with a picture frame device. Closer shot - the cat is inside the cage with the parrot. "Bird cages and beleaguered cities" a cynic once remarked, "are like marriages".
