Summary
NoS synopsis: "In sunny Australia, schooldays hold little boredom for vigorous outdoor youngsters." MS of children walking hand in hand into a school yard. M/S of children in the playground. Two boys smile at the camera, some girls play a dancing game. Other shots of the children playing include two girls on an unusual see saw. Instead of sitting on the see saw, they hang down from what looks like a ladder suspended between two planks of wood. "A little discipline goes a long way to temper youthful exuberance - " High angle shot of boys running around. They suddenly stop and walk off to the right, followed by a woman teacher. The children then march back into view. They march on the spot then file off, some to the left and some to the right. A school marching band then moves forward. It looks like they are all playing flutes. High angle shot of the boys marching. "P.T. is a recognised feature in building the bodies of these "Sun Saplings". High angle shot of boys moving around. They suddenly freeze and then form into lines. High angle shot of a vast number of boys exercising in unison. They put their arms forward, above their heads then down by their sides. They then raise their arms and bend their legs to squat. They straighten up again.
