Story

Summary
British Pathe synopsis: Santos Casani and Jose Lennard demonstrate the new dance "the 6/8." A young couple dance in a studio setting - they are probably around 11 or 12 years old. Santos and Jose watch them dance. The young dancers are named Alberto and Sylvia. Jose and Santos demonstrate the dance. We see the steps in C/U as they dance it slowly. Intertitles explain the intricacy of the steps. Various shot of the dance including the great "under the glass floor shot" which shows the dancers’ feet from underneath. "To enable you to follow the feet more closely we give you this novel view." points out the intertitle. the young couple have a go at the dance and then watch their teachers. Jose and Santos bow to the camera when they have finished their dance. Final title reads: "Send Post Card tonight to:- Editor, Eve’s Film Review, 103, Wardour Street, London, W1. for free printed details of these latest Dance steps. Service with the Cinema."
