Summary
NoS synopsis: ‘A few moments with DOUGLAS CHANDOR, the young artist who was recently commissioned to paint a portrait of H.R.H. THE PRINCE OF WALES.' Chandor is seen wearing a white coat, standing before an easel with a half-finished portrait of the Prince of Wales on it, in a drawing room. He lights his pipe then draws with charcoal on the picture. '...putting the finishing touches to the rough sketch taken at St. James’ Palace.' Close up of Chandor talking to someone off camera (silent) whilst working.
