Summary
COI synopsis: Skateboarding came only recently to Britain but it’s now our fastest growing sport. It’s already got too big for the streets, but Maggie Palmer visits ‘Skate City’ on the banks of the Thames, where 3,000 kids a day can practice their surfing - off the sidewalk.
