Summary
COI synopsis: London is the home of the world’s biggest film and theatrical costumiers, where literally a million costumes of all periods, shapes and sizes are available for hire. Many have been made for famous films, and Gail Spiro gets a chance to try on some of their exotic creations - and to see how the ordinary man or woman in the street can change their personality by taking to fancy dress.
