Summary

COI synopsis: Of all our senses, our sight is probably the most important. In this issue we look at looking - at new developments and new research which stress the crucial role of vision in helping us to interpret the world aound us. New research to prove that seeing is believing. Two specially designed chambers are showing that what we see overrules all our other senses - and helping to explain such puzzles as why climbers feel dizzy if they look down.
