Career

James Hubbard was an editor for London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) [qv] and shown primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. One of his earliest credits is for ‘The Livingstone Institute’ London Line No.479, released in 1974. He also worked on another COI production, Living Tomorrow, a science magazine series which was also sponsored by the FCO.
One of his earliest credits for this series is ‘TWENTIETH CENTURY CAGE: ABACUS’, Living Tomorrow No. 162, released in 1975.
