MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hang Gliding Champs. DESCRIPTION: World Champion, American Bob Willis, took the British title as well in the Hang Gliding Championships at Mere in Wiltshire. SHOTLIST: SV man launching himself on glider, pan. SV ditto pan to BV of flight. SV pilot putting on harness Bob Willis (American champ). SV pan take off and flight. SV applauding people, BV upturned kite on ground. SV Bob Willis overall champ being presented with shield. SV married couple, Tom and Jeannie Knight putting helmets on. SV pan couple taking off, they land again but run and off again. AS couple in air land & knock a cameraman flying.
