MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: New Lifeboat. DESCRIPTION: The Queen visits Henley-on-Thames to name a new lifeboat and for the Royal British Legion Jubilee. The first time a reigning Monarch has personally named a RNLI lifeboat. The lifeboat cost about £70,000 of which £51,000 was found by the Royal British Legion. SHOTLIST: GV Queen arrives to name lifeboat. LV lifeboat The Royal British Legion Jubilee moored in mid-river. CU side of boat with mooring rope and name. CU pan along name on side of boat.
