Haile Selassie, the Emperor of Ethiopia attends, Prince Charles, on special naval leave was also present. SHOTLIST: GV crowds waiting at Windsor Castle for garter ceremony. SV massed crowds waiting. Angle shot St George’s Chapel pan down as Knights come out of Chapel. SV Lord Louis Mountbatten & others down steps. SV Mountbatten takes his place on steps. SV knights and household cavalry on steps. SV Queen Mother down steps with Emperor Selassie zoom out to GV & zoom in to the Queen and Duke at top of steps.
