No 3 ditto. LV pan No 1 over bridge. SV pan No 22 over bridge, pan to 2 frogmen standing by. SCU 2 frogmen. CU pan to GV frozen canal. GV pan car 16 driving at speed & over bridge. SV towards & pan 14 driving down rough road with lights on through forest in North Wales. GV group of people move back as car passes them ar speed, the crowd moves towards the edge of the road, but quickly retreat as another car passes. GV another car racing through forest with the lights on. SV No 1 racing round bend through forest. SV 3 men watching. SV pan No 22 races past. SV pan No 5, No 12, BV as No 50 comes into control point. SV No 2 being checked at control point. CU time keepers & driver of No 2. SV time keeper and assistant counting down last few seconds and driver watching car drive off. LV car No 24 being counted down and drives off. SV No 12 being checked. CU driver and time keeper & No 12 drives off. GV crowd at finish in Harrogate. MS pan No 6 highest placed British driver. Pan CU No 1 Lancia, 3rd place (Harry Kalstrom & Gunnar Haggbom). MS photographers. MS drivers of car No 3 stand by car (2nd place - Bjorn Waldegaard & Lars Helmer). GV car No 2 winner arriving at finish (driven by Stig Blomqvist & Arne Hertz in a Saab). MS winning driver thrown in air. MS winning drivers on bonnet of car with fizzing bottle of champagne. Blomqvist & Hertz in Saab.
