MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Fiji V. England Under 25’s. DESCRIPTION: The Fijian touring team meet England’s Under 25’s in an exciting Rugby match played under appalling conditions. The visitors - unused to the cold - have trouble handling the ball, but they only go under by a narrow margin. SHOTLIST: Angle shot Fijians onto field. Ditto England onto field. SV Fijians doing war dance. TV ditto and break away. SV Fijians run to positions. CU Fiji supporters rosette pan to coloured supporter. TV pan England kick off L to R. SV spectators with umbrellas. TV pan England attack No 14 Janion pulled into touch. SV Janion takes throw in. SV Fijians get ball scrum half throws it out to three quarters. SV coloured spectators. LV pan England score try. GV crowd applaud. LV Fiji win scrum No 15 Visei kicks up and under. TV pan Fiji attack No 10 Barley goes over to score. LV scoreboard 6-3 to England. GV crowd. 2nd Half, TV pan Rossborough kicks penalty for England. LV scoreboard 9-3 to England. LV pan Batisabaga kicks penalty for Fiji. LV scoreboard 9-6 to England. TV pan Rossborough kicks penalty for England. LV scoreboard 12-6 to England. LV pan Fiji win scrum bad pass out by scrum half but Fiji manage to score, quick pan to crowd. LV pan Batisabaga converts. TV Rossborough kicks penalty for England. Final score 15-11 to England.
