Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Race of Champions. DESCRIPTION: The first Grand Prix race to be held in Europe this year, and the world’s top drivers on the grid. Victory for reigning champion Jackie Stewart, but only after cruel luck for Jack Brabham who dominates the race for 39 laps. An encouraging race too for Graham Hill, still recovering from last year’s injury, who takes fifth place. SHOTLIST: CU programme Race of Champions. GV spectators cars in enclosure.
