DESCRIPTION: Britain’s fourth and last nuclear-powered submarine, HMS Revenge, is commissioned at BirkenheadLaunched in London, Europe’s first fully automatic light buoy, which could eventually replace the thirty two lightships round Britain’s coastsBesides his job as a Coastguard on Hayling Island, Frank Martin runs his own Family Rescue Service.
