MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rally of the Forests. DESCRIPTION: After two thousand four hundred miles, the RAC Rally is won by Sweden’s Bengt Soderstrom and Gunnar Palm in a Ford Cortina. After some of the toughest motoring in the calendar, over special sections on the Forest tracks in England, Wales and Scotland, only half the contestants survive to finish.
