DESCRIPTION: The annual Veteran Car Run from Westminster Bridge to Brighton (it commemorates the emancipation run of 1896, the end of the 4-mile-an-hour speed-limit, and the man who walked in front), gives us a chance to look back over 60 years to see how it all began. The veteran machines reflect the adventure of motoring as it used to be, before it became the mixed blessing it is today. SHOTLIST: Key scene (fade in).
