- Summary
- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Veterans to Brighton (In Colour). DESCRIPTION: The annual Veteran Car Run from Westminster Bridge to Brighton (it commemorates the emancipation run of 1896, the end of the 4-mile-an-hour speed-limit, and the man who walked in front), gives us a chance to look back over 60 years to see how it all began.
