Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Great Tradition. DESCRIPTION: Biggin Hill - from which the Battle of Britain was won, marks the twenty-second anniversary of this event. Crowds in their thousands came to recall old warriors like the Wellington Bomber and its successors the V Bombers, Valiant, Vulcan and Victor. This year sees the Golden Jubilee of military aviation in Britain. Its been achieved by a tradition of fearlessness and team spirit.
