- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Florence Nightingale. DESCRIPTION: Nurses are making the headlines these days, and the Florence Nightingale Exhibition in London is a reminder of the wonderful work they do. It also recalls their services in the Crimea, including a picture of Florence Nightingale’s original ward, and the medicine chest. Another link with the Lady with the Lamp is Mrs Ruth Kerney, Florence Nightingale’s god-daughter. SHOTLIST: Shots of patient with nurses, and soldier dressed in that period.
