Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Boeing Disaster. DESCRIPTION: Two minutes after leaving the airport, a few miles from New York, a 707 Astrojet belonging to American Airlines, plunged into the marshland bordering the bay. Wreckage was strewn over a wide area. So complete was the disaster, that not one of the 87 passengers and 8 crew members survived. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MLS boat. MLS plane. MS wreckage.
