MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Herrings By the Million. DESCRIPTION: Recent catches of herrings off the coast of British Columbia have almost beaten every record. The trawlers use huge seine nets to catch them, having located the shoals by echo-sounders. These catches north of Vancouver are destined to become fish-meal fertiliser and fish oil for industrial use. SHOTLIST: Key scene. (2 shots) Pacific Raider.
