DESCRIPTION: The Skimmer is the first privately built hovercraft, built by engineering students in their spare time, and designed by former test pilot Donald Robertson. Cost, about 70 pounds less engine. And as the demonstration proved, the machine hovers all right. SHOTLIST: Key scene. GV hovercraft carried out of hangar. GV hovercraft placed on ground.
