Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Duke Goes Sailing at Cowes - Colour. DESCRIPTION: Britannia, dressed overall, made a colourful centrepiece to the Cowes Regatta. We took these pictures of Prince Philip sailing his Flying Fifteen Coweslip, given to him by the people of the town. Uffa Fox, his friend and yachting adviser, was crewing for him. SHOTLIST: Shots of Britannia dressed overhaul. Various other yachts in the picture. Shot of HMS Duxford which is a gun boat, which is going to patrol with the Duke to keep photographs. Various shots of the Coweslip, with the Duke sailing her.
