MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen Reviews Scouts. DESCRIPTION: The St George’s Day parade at Windsor Castle was an impressive turn-out, and a thousand Queen’s Scouts and holders of Scouts awards took part in their year’s annual parade. There was great delight, when the Queen, accompanied by Prince Philip, came out. Her Majesty made a special point of talking to a party of a dozen handicapped Scouts.
