MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Driving Tests. DESCRIPTION: To teach new drivers the theory and practice how to operate those huge cranes, a steel works in Sheffield is running a special school. They’ve been doing it for 10 years and in that time the accident rate has been cut by half. . The secret of safety and speed belongs to these hands - the hands of Stirling Moss.
