MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: In the Sun. DESCRIPTION: These pictures show the famous and most spectacular Carnival in Viareggio, with float after float bearing figures of incredible ingenuity. Marrakesh is the place chosen by Sir Winston Churchill to spend a warm holiday with his wife. Here he is seen painting, writing and going for drives. Prince Rainier and Princess Grace presided over the prize-giving in Monte Carlo. The drivers of a little British car, Pat Moss and Ann Wisdom, received their award, the Ladies’ Cup.
