Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Dancing in the New Year. DESCRIPTION: London’s Albert Hall and the Chelsea Arts Ball: they arrived in 1958 and they didn’t leave till the year after! To avoid a rough house, the floats were paraded on a stage well above the floor. And here are 3 of the first New Year babies, born soon after midnight at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.
