MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Art Exhibition (The Young Idea). DESCRIPTION: An exhibition at London’s Royal Festival Hall raised a number of interesting queries about modern art. One of the artists was Congo, the Chimpanzee from the London Zoo, only three years old. Graham Phillips, at the age of eighteen months, was an artist quite as good as many a grown-up.
