Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cyprus Cinema Blown Up. DESCRIPTION: It was a cinema in Famagusta, in which ten home-made bombs were found near the projection room. Troops took in sand-bags to place on top of the bombs, so as to concentrate the explosion: they’d decided they were too dangerous to be moved and must be blown up. SHOTLIST: MS cinema.
