MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: New ‘Deltic’ Loco. DESCRIPTION: One outstanding item in the modernisation of British Railways is the new Deltic diesel-electric locomotive. It’s reported that over twenty of them are being ordered: and they will haul such famous expresses, as The Flying Scotsman, and The Elizabethan.
